Frequently Asked Questions

Yes, all published prices include 10% VAT. However, the tourist tax is not included and is charged separately at a rate per person over 16 years old per night, for a maximum of 7 nights.

Pets are not allowed in bungalows or mobile homes. On camping pitches, dogs are welcome except for dangerous breeds and their crossbreeds. Please keep your pet on a lead at all times within the campsite.

For bungalows and mobile homes, check-in is from 4:00 PM and check-out is by 12:00 PM. For camping pitches, check-in is from 8:00 AM and check-out is before 12:00 PM.

For bungalows and mobile homes, the minimum stay is 2 nights during most of the season. In high season (mid-July to late August), the minimum stay is 6 nights. Camping pitches have no minimum stay requirement.

Bed linen is included in the MH Antina, Bungalow Xalet and MH Classic, and is changed once a week. Towels are not included in the price. At reception we offer a towel and bed linen rental service for all guests.

Yes, free WiFi is available throughout the entire campsite for all guests, whether staying in a bungalow or on a camping pitch.

The pitch price includes one vehicle and tent, one vehicle and caravan, or one motorhome. In addition, you will have access to our two modern sanitary blocks with free hot-water showers, free WiFi, and underground access to Els Muntanyans beach. Electricity (6A) is charged separately.

Yes, all our bungalows and mobile homes are equipped with air conditioning and heating, included in the price at no extra charge.
